The Name Changer

It was brought to our [the class] attention that Quick Pitch™ was a trademarked name. Since none of us are interested in getting sued by Qualcomm®, we though we would just go ahead and change the name.
Changing the name took a lot of thought, I made a list changing one word at a time, because the original name captured the nature of what we are going to do so well. So I started with quick pitch, then obviously fast pitch, then fast cast, pace pitch, something with race, etc. and I finally came upon something beautiful: Innovation Night.
It may not look like much, but I’m thinking of a “Ladies Night” by Kool and The Gang, spin off, when I say “Innovation Night”. Instead of “Oh yes it’s ladies night, and the feelings right!” we can say “(It’s) Innovation Night! And the money’s right!” or something cliche but catchy like that.
